Usage Policy
Effective July 1, 2026 · The operating rules of the CCG Inference API and the ccsio.ai site.
Scope
This policy applies to use of the ccsio.ai website and the CCG Inference API, and to every account, sub-account, and API key issued in connection with them. It complements the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.
Inference is served per region from its regional endpoint: api.eu.ccsio.ai (EU), api.us.ccsio.ai (USA), and api.latam.ccsio.ai (LATAM). You choose the region when you activate your account; it is fixed per account and determines data residency.
Fair use and limits
Plans carry documented limits — per-minute throughput, burst allowance, and storage (see the pricing page; per-key values in your console at launch). Limits protect the shared infrastructure; they are not a license to hoard capacity.
Intelligent usage is expected: batch workloads in off-peak windows, cache what you can, and keep request sizes proportional to the work. We review usage patterns periodically and will contact you before enforcing them.
Acceptable use
You must not use the service to produce unlawful content; harm the service or other customers (including denial-of-service attacks, probing for vulnerabilities beyond authorized testing, or reverse engineering); resell raw capacity outside a written agreement; share credentials or API keys; or attempt to bypass limits, metering, or region pinning.
You also own the responsibility for compliance with applicable law in your jurisdiction for what you build on top of the service.
Data handling in use
Inputs and outputs are processed in memory to produce the response; they are not stored or used for training unless you agree in writing to a specific retention (see the Privacy Policy).
Rate limits, error responses, and aggregate usage statistics do not include your content.
Enforcement
Limit violations are first throttled; repeated or abusive violations lead to suspension of the affected key or account and, finally, termination. We give notice and a chance to remediate where proportionate, and refunds follow the Terms of Use.
We may adjust this policy as the service evolves; material changes are announced to account holders before they take effect.
