ISO/IEC 27001:2022
Information security management
The international standard for establishing, maintaining and improving information security management systems.
Certification verified for Nebius and Hetzner.
Artificial intelligence designed to protect what matters most: your information.
Your company needs powerful AI, but not at the cost of losing control of its data.
With ccsio.ai you can bring AI models, autonomous agents and corporate knowledge into an architecture designed around Zero Trust principles, encryption, organizational isolation and regional sovereignty.
We combine our own security architecture with infrastructure from providers that hold recognized international certifications.
Your information belongs to your organization. Our job is to help you keep it protected.
Security from the infrastructure up to every AI request.
Our platform runs on infrastructure from providers such as Nebius and Hetzner, whose security controls have been assessed by independent auditors. Their certifications, reports and compliance standards include:
ISO/IEC 27001:2022
The international standard for establishing, maintaining and improving information security management systems.
Certification verified for Nebius and Hetzner.
SOC 2 Type II
Assesses the design and operating effectiveness of security controls over a defined period.
Report available for the services within Nebius's scope.
BSI C5 Type 2
Catalogue of security criteria for cloud services developed by the German Federal Office for Information Security (BSI).
Hetzner holds a C5 Type 2 report for its cloud services within the assessed scope.
ISO/IEC 27701
Extends information security controls with specific requirements for managing personal data.
Certification verified for Nebius.
ISO 22301
The international standard for business continuity management systems.
Certification verified for Nebius.
ISO/IEC 42001
The international standard for establishing artificial intelligence management systems.
Certification published by Nebius.
The certifications belong to the providers and to the services within their respective audit scopes. ccsio.ai applies additional controls at the platform, identity, application and data-processing level.
Encryption in transit and protected storage.
Security does not end when you sign in.
Our architecture includes cryptographic controls that protect information while it is transmitted and stored.
We use TLS to protect communications between clients and services. The architecture also provides for mTLS to authenticate and protect internal communications between components.
Storage services are designed to protect persistent information with encryption. The specific mechanisms depend on the type of storage and the infrastructure configuration in use.
Our architecture provides for regional encryption keys and key management through KMS. We have also designed support for BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) for organizations that need more control over their cryptographic keys.
You decide where your data is processed.
Data residency is a security, privacy and compliance decision.
At ccsio.ai, every organization is bound to a regional residency. Our architecture sets explicit boundaries so that inference requests are not automatically redirected to another residency.
You select the available residency that fits your organization's needs.
The system does not use other residencies as an automatic fallback to process prompts or business content.
Every organization has access controls that restrict access to its information.
The physical location of data and of the contracted services is identified according to the infrastructure in use.
Turn your data into intelligence without giving up control.
With ccsio.ai's enterprise knowledge features you can connect documentation, internal sources and information repositories and use them in AI applications.
Our architecture is designed to keep information isolated between organizations.
Users can only access the resources they are authorized for.
Persistent information is managed with storage, access and encryption controls.
ccsio.ai staff have no ordinary access to customers' business content.
When a support intervention requires exceptional access, our architecture sets explicit authorization, limited permissions, a time limit and auditing.
Every user, application and agent has an identity.
Our architecture uses Zitadel to manage identities and regional authentication.
Access controls are designed to protect operations performed by people as well as those executed by applications and autonomous agents.
Authentication based on standards widely used in enterprise environments.
Permissions defined by responsibilities and roles within each organization.
Agents and applications can use their own identities, subject to authorization.
Permissions are evaluated against the identity, the organization and the requested resource.
Understand what happens inside your AI platform.
Enterprise security requires visibility.
That is why our architecture includes audit and observability mechanisms that record administrative operations, security events and relevant activity.
Records of relevant authentication, authorization and administration operations.
Identifiers that correlate operations across the platform's components.
Temporary support permissions must be recorded and subject to authorization controls.
The architecture uses OpenTelemetry to instrument metrics, logs and distributed traces.
Ordinary operational logs are designed to avoid storing prompts, responses or confidential information unnecessarily.
Your company decides what information it needs to keep.
Not every AI application needs to store its conversations.
That is why the ccsio.ai architecture provides for different persistence policies.
When you use knowledge features, authorized information can be stored for later retrieval and use.
The architecture provides for an operating mode that avoids keeping prompts and responses as persistent content.
The information needed for security, traceability and usage metering can be kept without storing the full content of interactions.
A platform for companies that need more than an inference API.
ccsio.ai is designed for organizations that require strict security, privacy and governance controls.
An architecture built around access control, audit, isolation and traceability.
Sensitive information protected through identity controls, encryption and restricted access.
Enterprise knowledge management and AI use under organizational policies.
Regional residency architecture and governance mechanisms that support security and sovereignty assessments.
Use in regulated sectors requires validating the legal, contractual and technical requirements that apply to each implementation.
Security is a responsibility we take on at every layer.
Our platform runs on infrastructure from providers such as Nebius and Hetzner, which hold ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certifications. These certifications belong to the providers and to the services within their respective scopes. They are not an independent certification of ccsio.ai.
LATAM residency sets a regional boundary for processing and storage. The specific physical location depends on the services and providers used in your implementation. You can request information about the actual location of the contracted components.
Our architecture does not allow inference content to be automatically redirected to another residency. Any processing that involves international transfers must be assessed against the service configuration and the applicable agreements.
Our policy restricts human access to content by default. Exceptional interventions must be authorized, limited and audited.
It depends on the features and persistence policies in use. Applications that need history or memory can keep authorized information. The architecture also provides for a Zero Content Retention mode for operations that do not need content persistence.
We use Zitadel as the identity provider, with architectural support for OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect and role-based authorization.
The platform is designed to protect business information through encryption, isolation, identity and audit controls. Before processing regulated or especially sensitive information, we recommend verifying the operational controls, the physical residency and the corresponding data processing agreements.
Yes. You can request technical information about the architecture, the security controls and the certifications published by our infrastructure providers.
You don't have to choose between innovation and security.
