Sovereignty you can verify: your data stays in your region, and the guarantees are written down.
The same path, stated as guarantees.
Your prompts and outputs enter from your own applications.
The endpoint of your market names the region the call runs in:
https://api.eu.ccsio.ai/v1Storage, sharing and training are each ruled out in writing.
Dedicated servers at the market operating location — managed processing.
External frontier models, when they arrive, are labeled as future availability — they do not run today.
You choose the market — EU, USA or LATAM — and your workloads run there. Residency is per market: a workload in the EU market stays in the EU, one in the USA market stays in the USA, and the same holds for LATAM. Your endpoints are region-scoped, so the location is explicit in how you call. The EU market is operated from Germany, the USA market from the United States and the LATAM market from Colombia. There is no transparent fallback between regions: a call that can not be served in your market fails — data does not move.
The market you choose determines the data-protection requirements that apply to your data — processing and residency follow it. EU market: the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). USA market: the privacy and data-protection laws of the applicable states. LATAM market: the Colombian data-protection regime (Ley 1581 de 2012 and Decreto 1377 de 2013). The controls on this page are designed to keep your data under the control of your organization: persistent Brain and Memory stay encrypted under keys only your organization can view and control, isolated to your organization.
Every plan includes the 99.999% uptime SLA for your region — the same SLA published for all plans on our pricing page. Support response times follow your plan: Standard — 1 business day, Priority — 4 business hours, 9–5 Mon–Fri, Enterprise — 1 hour, 24/7/365, staffed from your selected residency.
No. Inference: prompts and outputs are not stored by default. Persistent Knowledge: knowledge you intentionally store in Brain is encrypted, pinned to your selected region, and isolated to your organization and authorized scopes. Memory preserves persistent context for authorized users, applications, and agents under your organization's retention and access policies — encrypted under keys that only your organization can view and control. Training: customer data is never shared with other customers and is never used to train shared or third-party models. Residency: inference, Brain and Memory workloads remain within the region your organization selected — not moved between regions implicitly.
In the market you choose — EU, USA or LATAM. Workloads are pinned to that market, and your endpoints name it.
Uptime of the inference plane in your region. It is a contractual guarantee, not a target.
No. Customer data is never used to train any model.
Your endpoints are region-scoped, and your region is explicit in how you call the platform.
Dedicated servers — allocated to you, not pooled across customers.
Enterprise buyers get direct contact: your workload, your region, your guarantees.
