The responsible entity depends on the region you selected; changing the language does not change it.
Scope
This policy applies to the ccsio.ai services in your selected region: the CCG Inference API and the platform features that connect to it — agents, tool and MCP integrations, and persistent memory features where enabled.
It applies equally in every region. The company responsible for it is the company of the region you selected, identified in the “Responsible legal entity” box at the top of this page. These rules apply through your regional Terms, linked in the footer.
Prohibited use
In using the services you must not:
— act unlawfully, or use the services to plan, prepare or carry out unlawful acts;
— access the services, accounts or credentials you are not authorized to use, or let others do so;
— submit, generate or spread malware, or use the services to carry out attacks, scanning or exploitation of other systems;
— process personal data you have no right to, or otherwise violate privacy or data-protection law;
— infringe or misrepresent intellectual-property rights;
— abuse automation, exhaust shared resources, or circumvent the published fair-use limits of your plan;
— attempt to bypass guardrails, tenant isolation or residency controls, or to probe or enumerate other tenants’ data;
— use agents, tools or MCP integrations to act in external systems without the authorization of the systems’ owners;
— create or request content or uses prohibited for you by law or by the terms of the underlying model providers.
What we do and do not promise
We do not promise that technical controls detect or prevent every misuse. We apply safeguards that are actually implemented with the version of the service you use, under the approved security description published on our security page, and we change them as the service changes. This policy exists to make clear what acceptable use is, not to claim capabilities the service does not have.
Your content and our handling of it
No Human Content Access by Default: our personnel do not read your content by default; support access to your content is explicit, scoped, time-bound and audited. Sensitive customer content does not enter ordinary logs.
Your content is processed within the region you selected. We do not transfer it across regions; any documented exception would require your agreement first.
Enforcement
When we identify a violation, we take the step that fits the facts: asking you to stop, restricting the affected part of the service, or suspending or terminating access. Where immediate action is required to protect the shared infrastructure, to respond to a legal requirement, or to stop ongoing abuse, we may act before we notify you, and we will tell you afterwards what happened and why.
If you believe an enforcement step was taken in error, contact us through the contact page: a person reviews it. Nothing in this policy limits our right to act where mandatory law requires us to.
Reporting misuse
To report misuse of the services — including abuse by a third party — use the contact page. Reports are handled by our team, and we respond where it is useful to do so.
Enterprise exceptions
Exceptions to this policy can be agreed in writing — where applicable law allows it — as part of your commercial agreement.
Regional binding
The entity that applies this policy to your account is the company of the region you selected — the one shown in the entity box at the top of this page. Enforcement is governed by your regional Terms: German law for the EU region, the law of the state of our USA principal office for the USA region, and Colombian law for the LATAM region, in each case as set out in those terms.
