Yes. Starter includes 1 hour, Business 2 hours, Advanced 16 hours and Enterprise 32 hours of Onboarding & Setup. These are included hours for the initial onboarding and setup of your deployment — they are not recurring monthly support hours.

Qwen 3.8, Gemma 4 and Whisper are included in every plan (Unlimited*). GLM 5.3 and DeepSeek 4.1 are included as monthly organizational allowances on Business (15B and 25B tokens / month) and Advanced (35B and 50B tokens / month), and Unlimited* on Enterprise. On Starter, premium models are available at €/$1.40 per 1 million tokens.

Per organization. Token capacity belongs to the organization: every member draws on the same monthly pool, and administrators control which teams and user groups can access each model.

Yes. Governance controls model access per team, role and user group, so different teams can be limited to different models and different capabilities.

Yes. Token and capacity permissions are part of ccsio.ai governance: you decide which teams and user groups can access models and who can consume premium model capacity from the organizational pool.

Yes. Additional premium-model capacity (GLM 5.3 and DeepSeek 4.1) is available at €/$1.40 per 1 million tokens and belongs to the organization.

Requests to the affected premium model stop, and Qwen 3.8 or Gemma 4 remains available as the included alternative, so your users keep working. Organization administrators are notified, and you can purchase additional premium tokens at €/$1.40 per 1 million tokens. There is no automatic overage billing.

Unlimited* usage is subject to the ccsio.ai Fair Use Policy, which prevents abusive or runaway consumption. Normal production usage under the policy stays unlimited at the listed rate.

Where you operate. ccsio.ai is region-pinned to the EU, USA and LATAM: your prompts, responses, knowledge and context are stored and processed in the region of your deployment.

No. Customer prompts, responses and enterprise knowledge are not used to train shared AI models. This is part of Private by Design and is described in our privacy and usage policy.

Yes. SIEM Integration is included on Advanced and Enterprise: audit events flow to your SIEM for centralized security monitoring.

Yes. Advanced can run on dedicated AI infrastructure managed and operated by ccsio.ai, billed separately from the subscription. Enterprise adds BYOI and datacenter deployment.

Yes, on Enterprise. With BYOI you provide the underlying infrastructure — your datacenter and a supported GPU environment — and ccsio.ai operates, maintains and supports the platform on it.
