Security, Governance & Sovereignty
Sovereignty you can verify: your data stays in your region, and the guarantees are written down.
Where inference runs
The same path, stated as guarantees.
Your application
Your prompts and outputs enter from your own applications.
Region-pinned endpoint
The endpoint of your market names the region the call runs in:
https://api.eu.ccsio.ai/v1Explicit governance
Storage, sharing and training are each ruled out in writing.
The model boundary
Processed hereDedicated servers at the market operating location — managed processing.
Not processed hereExternal frontier models, when they arrive, are labeled as future availability — they do not run today.
The three no's
- Not stored: your prompts and outputs are not stored
- Not shared: your data never reaches other customers or other models
- Not used for training: no model is trained on your data
- Dedicated: your inference runs on dedicated servers, not a shared pool
Data residency, region-accurate
You choose the market — EU, USA or LATAM — and your workloads run there. Residency is per market: a workload in the EU market stays in the EU, one in the USA market stays in the USA, and the same holds for LATAM. Your endpoints are region-scoped, so the location is explicit in how you call.
99.999% SLA
Every plan includes the 99.999% uptime SLA for your region — the same SLA published for all plans on our pricing page. Support response times follow your plan: Standard — 1 business day, Priority — 4 business hours, 9–5 Mon–Fri, Enterprise — 1 hour, 24/7/365, staffed from your selected residency.
Governance controls
- Per-region endpoints: you always know where a call runs
- Fair-use keys: one key per plan, with per-key rate limits
- Dedicated hardware allocation: no pooling across customers
- A 99.999% uptime SLA per region — the same SLA published for every plan on pricing
Frequently asked questions
Do you store my prompts or outputs?
No. Inference runs on dedicated hardware in your region, and your data is not stored, shared or used for training.
Where exactly is my data?
In the market you choose — EU, USA or LATAM. Workloads are pinned to that market, and your endpoints name it.
What does the 99.999% SLA cover?
Uptime of the inference plane in your region. It is a contractual guarantee, not a target.
Do you train on customer data?
No. Customer data is never used to train any model.
Can I verify where my workload runs?
Your endpoints are region-scoped, and your region is explicit in how you call the platform.
What hardware runs my inference?
Dedicated servers — allocated to you, not pooled across customers.
