Scope and controller

This privacy policy applies to the ccsio.ai website and, once activated for your account, to the CCG Inference API. The controller for website data is CCSolutions.io (Spain). The policy is a living document; material changes are announced before they take effect.

The region you choose on the site (EU, USA, or LATAM) determines where your data is processed: inference runs in Germany for the EU market, in the USA for the USA market, and in Colombia for the LATAM market.

What we collect

On the website we process only the data you give us or that your browser reports: waitlist requests (name, work email, detected region, and the attribution parameters that came with your request), contact form submissions, and — only with your consent — aggregate analytics.

For the API (once activated): your inputs and the model outputs. They are processed in memory to produce the response and are not stored or used for training unless you agree to both in writing.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Consent and cookies

By default we store only what is essential: your region and language preferences and the security state of your session. No cookies are set before you decide.

Aggregate analytics run only after you accept them in the consent banner. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through the “Privacy settings” control in the footer; the choice is kept in your browser (localStorage, key ccsio.ai:consent:v1) and applies immediately.

Residency and cross-border transfers

Inference and storage for your region stay in your region. Data is not transferred outside the region you selected for the purpose of processing your requests.

Support requests may be handled by team members elsewhere in the company; access for support is restricted to what the request requires and is logged. If a transfer outside your region is ever required, we will tell you beforehand and get your consent.

Retention and your rights

AI inference is transient: nothing from it is retained once the response is returned. Waitlist entries are kept until launch or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, port, and object to processing of your personal data, and the right to complain to your supervisory authority. To exercise any right, use the contact page; we answer within 30 days.
